今天做了一天的MEP填料动态载量实验，可是还是出现了很多问题，100mM NaCl时流穿太快，10%DBC=12mg左右，250mM条件时，中途暂停时间太长，使得蛋白与填料的结合时间增长，因此动态载量偏大。
